Joe Pearson, has pastored for 36 years and is presently the pastor at Shiloh Ranch Church in Powell Butte, Oregon. He and his wife Lila, have planted and restarted churches throughout the years. His passion is to develop healthy local churches and leaders of the next generation. He often relates biblical principles to his growing up years on the family farm in Montana.
